    Job Description:

    • SALES MANAGER - Amica Lions Gate - Full Time

    • Amica is dedicated to offering exceptional care in Senior Living within a welcoming environment.

    • Our focus is on enhancing seniors' lives and offering lifestyle options including Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC).

    • Established in 1996, we manage over 30 residences in British Columbia and Ontario, with plans for further expansion in key markets.

    A day in the life of a Sales Manager/Community Relations Director:

    • In this role, you will oversee all sales, marketing, and promotional activities related to leasing suites within the residence.

    • Your goal will be to surpass monthly occupancy and revenue targets by fostering connections, promoting our offerings, and networking within the community to grow the business.

    • Responsibilities include showcasing our amenities, guiding potential residents through the features of Amica, facilitating tours, managing sales reports, and maintaining effective communication with the team.

    • You will engage with prospects, maintain a comprehensive database, and monitor the waitlist diligently.

    • Collaborating with the General Manager and corporate marketing, you will devise and execute marketing and sales strategies, plan events, and evaluate the return on investment.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a sales/marketing program or related field

    • Experience in sales/marketing plans, public relations, event management, and budgeting

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

    • Knowledge of seniors' market, event planning, and customer database management

    • Self-motivated, professional, and capable of leading a team

    • Valid driver's license

    • Proficiency in event planning and customer database management

    • Strong computer skills

    • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities

    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
