Description
We are looking for a Resident Manager. This will be a full-time live in position in our main office located at 155 Balliol St, Toronto

Responsibilities include

  • Welcoming visitors/tenants by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
  • Answering incoming calls on multiline telephones and referring inquiries.
  • Sorting out mail and faxes.
  • Showing units currently available for rent
  • Scanning and faxing
  • Guest Suite & Party room reservations
  • Filing (manual & electronic)
  • Data entry (New tenants, lease agreements)
  • General office duties
  • Property Cleaning
  • Ensure both the interior and exterior of the property are kept clean and orderly
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines proficiently;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


  • Strong computer skills

  • Yardi, MS Word, Excel and an asset
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to take direction
salary from 45 k plus 1 bedroom apt plus benefits


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
