We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our
Production Systems Generalist.

Position Summary/Objective:

The Production Systems Generalist is responsible for ensuring materials are available in full for manufacturing as per the daily production schedule while ensuring inventory accuracy in all prep and pack locations physically and in SAP.

Primary Responsibilities:

Exhibit and Protect Riverside's Core Values
Verifying that packaging materials and ingredients for manufacturing are available as per the production schedule.
Working with Supply chain and Distribution team to identify shortages and arrange for replenishing of packaging materials and ingredients as required.
Supporting Production Lead Hands/Supply Chain/Distribution with SAP enquiries/postings/trouble shooting
Perform daily reconciliation in SAP
Perform regular cycle counts of ingredients and packaging material in prep/pack locations.
Ensure packaging materials and ingredients are labeled correctly and returned to warehouse daily when not in use.
Organizing and decluttering of prep and packaging return areas
Liaising with Supply Chain and Distribution with any issues, concerns and schedule changes
Other tasks as required

Key Qualifications:

Selfstarter and independent with a high level of initiative and flexibility
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proven interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Intermediate level Microsoft Office Word & Excel is required

Additional Information:

We have a clean, modern production environment with moderate levels of noise.

You will be required to wear a uniform, to use food safety items (hair nets, gloves), and wear safety boots at all times.
