BFL CANADA is looking for a Specialist, Proposals and Business Presentations for our Toronto office

As a member of our Toronto office, you will be responsible to provide the Central Region (Ontario) with proposal, formatting, and creative design solution support.

Your day as a Specialist, Proposals and Business Presentations:

Design and format reports, proposals, and presentations using BFL CANADA's visual identity standards.
Plan, conceptualize, and design compelling and impactful graphics and charts while collaborating with team members and staff to strengthen messaging.
Ensure accuracy and high level of precision of processed/formatted material.
Assist in maintaining a library of presentation materials (template layouts / diagrams / icons / images / infographics / maps etc.)
Develop and expand BFL CANADA templates and user guides to meet business needs.
Act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with the Central Region teams to ensure brand integrity and consistency.
Assist with other creative projects as required including Divisional tradeshows, conferences, and charity events.
In collaboration with our social media Leader, promote social media usage within the Central Region, bringing forward best practices and new approaches, and sharing relevant content with the business units and the corporate communications team.
Perform other duties as required under the guidance of the Team leader, Corporate Communications.
5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
Marketing, Advertising or Communications educational background.
Articulate ideas and concepts fluently and thoughtfully in a variety of communication modes.
Demonstrate initiative, and effective collaboration within team and small group settings.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Demonstrates creativity and creative thinking.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude and a desire to grow.
