BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations.We are growing and currently seeking a full-time Live-in Building Manager for the newly constructed 101 Base Line Road West building.
SUMMARY
This is a full-time live-in position that will play a key role in assisting with resident move-ins, developing positive relationships with residents, and overseeing the daily operations of the new building.
The Live In Building Manager will manage a Live-In Assistant Building Manager and receive support from our passionate and dedicated in-house maintenance and landscape team.

DUTIES
- Oversee the Live-In Assistant Building Manager including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and payroll.
- Assist with moveins and develop positive relationships with residents.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and units including managing waste and recycling.
- Perform and document regular checks regarding the condition of the building, its system and grounds.
- Maintain logs such as boiler, ice and snow, fire, and weekend logbook ensuring that security and fire safety measures are in place
- Enter work orders in software system and monitor progress.
- Work collaboratively with the residential maintenance team with respect to major repairs and unit turnovers
- Complete minor in suite repairs
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential building management/superintendent capacity
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with basic residential maintenance and minor repairs
- Proficient with computer (Microsoft Office) and smartphone, experience with Yardi an asset
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Courteous manners with the public
- Punctual and reliable
- Police background check required
