    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with airline customers in Canada daily regarding in-flight food/stocking order changes.
    • Enter and manage sales orders while providing general administrative support.
    • Act as a liaison between airline customers and the company, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
    • Assist with assigned priorities under managerial guidance.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma/College Diploma
    • Work Experience: Prior Customer Service experience required
    • Skills: Independently handle information systems, interact effectively with customers, adept at order entry, strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, fluent in English (French is a plus), excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills, detail-oriented, and a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

    Additional Duties:

    • Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system.
    • Coordinate with operations across Canada for airline order updates.
    • Conduct order checks to ensure compliance with airline requirements.
    • Manage filing systems as per department standards.
    • Engage with airline customers daily to address inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

    Environmental Requirements:

    • This role operates 24/7, necessitating shift work.
    • Employees work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts on a rotating schedule.
    • Weekend and holiday work may be required.
    • Punctuality is crucial for performance evaluation.
