    Description

We focus our efforts on using recycled or plant-based compostable materials and encouraging our clients to recycle our products.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers to create innovative product concepts, sketches, and renderings.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify user needs, design trends, and competitive products.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design projects.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Develop prototypes and mock-ups to test and validate design concepts.
  • Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for product designs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and manufacturing processes in the industrial design field.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of design presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, specifications, and project progress.
  • Academic background & training

    • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent sketching and rendering skills, both by hand and digitally.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts through visual and verbal means.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for design, a curiosity for emerging trends, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
