The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. There may be a requirement for additional duties, as appropriate, to meet the needs of the business.

Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
Creating & coordinating traditional print marketing materials
Planning & working at marketing and community events
Developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, ensuring consistent voice
Support the development and maintenance of internal tools; including portfolios, databases, and directories
Plan meetings, conferences, educational events by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, and coordinating with vendors
Developing & Maintaining inventory of sales & promotional materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials when necessary by placing orders, and verifying receipt

Requirements:

A copy of your driver's license and criminal record check are required upon hire.
Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
Knowledge of traditional & digital marketing, content marketing, & social media marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred)
Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
