    En tant que technicien(-ne) comptable, vous effectuez tous les travaux préparatoires et préparez les états financiers préliminaires mensuels des immeubles et autres rapports financiers requis. Vous analysez et administrez les baux et les activités administratives conséquentes . Vous êtes une personne ressource pour les intervenants internes et externes.

    Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes

  • Effectuer tous les travaux préparatoires et produire les états financiers préliminaires mensuels de Société Immobilière Beneva et des immeubles sous gestion
  • Administrer les baux et avenants, effectuer la saisie dans Hopem, incluant l'interprétation des clauses non- standard et mise en place de procédures d'application des clauses monétaires
  • Intervenir en révision des comptes payables de l'exploitation et des projets de construction, ainsi qu'au traitement des paiements aux fournisseurs, incluant le suivi des dénonciations et des quittances
  • Préparer et effectuer la facturation mensuelle et supplémentaire des locataires commerciaux incluant les aménagements et les dossiers reliés à Beneva Société immobilière et assurer l'encaissement ainsi que la gestion des dépôts et mise à jour Hopem
  • Répondre aux diverses demandes et fournir certaines informations aux intervenants internes, externes et partenaires d'affaires
  • Analyser mensuellement certains écarts constatés entre les postes de revenus, de dépenses et les budgets respectifs pour chacune des compagnies

    • Vos talents et qualifications

  • DEC en comptabilité et gestion ou en technique administrative, option finances
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité dans le secteur immobilier
  • Connaissances approfondies du logiciel de gestion immobilière Hopem
  • Avoir une connaissance intermédiaire de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
