    We hire Co-op Students and Interns from Universities and Colleges across Canada for student opportunities in various locations such as; Burnaby, Calgary, Edmonton, Fredericton, Halifax, Hamilton, Kelowna, Kingston, London, Markham, Oakville, Ottawa, Toronto, Toronto West, Vancouver and Waterloo. Students typically join us for 4, 8, 12, or 16 month placements to compliment their education.

    We offer various routes to kickstart your career and harness your unique experience, particularly in:

    • Architecture
    • Engineering (Civil, Computer, Environmental, Electrical, and Mechanical)
    • Computer Science
    • Urban Planning and Design
    • Interior Design

    Role accountabilities:

    The responsibilities of a Co-op Student/Intern will vary based on the specific role students are hired within their teams but here is what you can expect:

    • Work with, and learn from, industry leading professionals
    • Play an integral role in projects, including attending client meetings
    • Be treated like any other member of your team; not "just a student"
    • Be given as much responsibility as you show us you can handle
    • Network with fellow students
    • Opportunity to participate in our student mentorship program and be paired with one of our professionals
    • Opportunity for part time work during the school year
    Qualifications
    • Available to work full-time hours hours per week depending on location) during the Fall term (starting September 2024)
    • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to one of our 4 Global Business Areas (Places, Mobility, Resilience, and Intelligence)
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Highly proactive and eager to learn
