Sales & Service Administrator
- (1 permanent full-time position, on-site in Edmonton, Alberta)_

What You'll Work On
The Sales & Service Administrator is responsible for facilitating communication and documentation between technical sales consultants, technical specialists, production, accounting, procurement, shipping/logistics, and the customer.
- Process sales orders using ERP, ensuring content accuracy including payment method, purchase order reference, freight items, fulfillment leadtime, and communication with stakeholder
- Support the sales team by helping with Inside Sales Representative duties
- Serves as a backup for the Repair Coordinator
- Follow up with technical sales consultants, technical specialists, production, accounting, procurement, shipping/logistics, and others in coordinating order fulfillment to ensure ontime product order delivery and invoicing.
- Process and track client loans or rentals of equipment, including managing the used equipment inventory
- Administrative support as required for Sales, Field Services, Repair Services, and Project Management including the creation, editing, and upkeep of documents and templates
What We're Looking For
- Postsecondary education in a related field (examples: Business Administration, Accounting, etc.).
- Two (2) or more years of related experience in customer service, order processing, etc.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Conversationally bilingual in English and French would be an asset.
- Experience with ERP software, import and export governance, and basic credit and banking terms is preferred.
