- Conduct research to analyze and validate the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of refrigeration equipment
- Create and model 3D and 2D parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Design various parts using different manufacturing processes such as CNC punching, injection molding, and more
- Develop control systems, specify components, and create wiring diagrams
- Operate test chambers, conduct product testing, and create test reports
- Create technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Interact with regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance for domestic and international markets
- Collaborate with production to optimize manufacturing processes and implement lean manufacturing
- Assist in troubleshooting field issues and implementing solutions
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product designs
- Continuously improve processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organizational culture and values
- Contribute to handbook improvements and support company policies

Our clientele includes ice cream vendors, frozen food merchandisers, and refrigerated food vendors, as well as partnerships with major corporations in the food industry.
Our dedicated team of professionals has been serving customers for over 30 years.
The role involves independent work and collaboration with our engineering team to design and develop commercial refrigeration products and accessories.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, regulatory standards, and electromechanical systems is essential. Strong communication skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite and technical writing are also required.
