|About the role
Reporting to the Director, IM, Data Analytics and ISO, the Information Management Analyst will be responsible for document management and technical document updates.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Owning the documentation lifecycle and process;
- Helping maintain and update Information Management framework including policies, governance and business rules;
- Leading projects on Information Management and help implement;
- Owner of audits related to documentation at Payments Canada;
- Support business units with maintaining shared drives, folders, and content;
- Provide support to Payments Canada by responding to service request tickets;
- Review and revise technical documents for all payment systems;
- Develop and conduct Information Management training for Payments Canada;
- Help project team with technical documentation storage, user access and control.
- Postsecondary education in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a document analyst related function
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with requirement management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical writing
- Valid criminal records check or eligibility to obtain
- IIBA certification is considered an asset
- Based on qualifications and experience: $76,501 and $95,626.
- Flexible hybrid (remote/office) environment;
