We are hiring a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator at our Pickering location.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform dispatching duties
  • Visually inspect incoming material from suppliers for damage or defects
  • Verify paperwork
  • Pull board stock from inventory to the required presses
  • Prepare Bills of Lading and customs documentation
  • Schedule carriers
  • Maintain and adhere to safety standards and perform housekeeping duties
  • Adherence to GMP's and SOP's to promote product safety, food safety and quality

Qualifications:

  • Must have High School Diploma
  • Minimum 5 year's experience in a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator role
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience using Wed-Based Shipping Portals
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
