Assessment and Database Coordinator**Job Brief


We are expanding our Human Health Factors Team and are currently in need of an Assessment and Database Coordinator to organize data collection and scoring of digital and manual assessment instruments that are administered to people undergoing assessment of various medical conditions.

We are seeking someone with an analytical mind for collecting and storing information for our research database. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of researchers and medical professionals. To excel in this position, you must have excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and be eager to work independently.


Responsibilities:


  • Work under the guidance of our Director of Content and Engagement along with other multidisciplinary team members to collect inputs for medical research and clinical program development;
  • Provide instruction and guidance to participants completing assessments;
  • Reporting of test findings to Human Health Factors Research and Product Development Associate;
  • Working with our Research Associate to design methods for inputting, organizing, storing and curating databases using excel;
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude throughout all interactions;
  • Other work related to the position as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related discipline;
  • Bilingualism considered an asset;
  • Demonstrated experience with standardized test administration, data entry and data management using spreadsheets;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to project professionalism and comportment consistent with a medicolegal setting;
  • Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask is critical;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to independently coordinate and manage conflicting priorities often under pressure;
  • High level of motivation, maturity and dependability;
  • Must be a fast learner and open to feedback;
  • Team player and an ability to collaborate;

Additional Details:

Location:
Saint John, NB, Canada.


Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm with the need to be flexible with any extended coverage or on call requirements.


Travel:
Occasional travel primarily within New Brunswick.


Compensation:
Will be based on experience.
