What will you work on?


The Operations Finance Analyst role will serve as the finance business partner providing support to Corporate Finance and Supply Chain team.

Reporting directly to the Operations Finance Manager.

This position will be responsible for supporting the product costing process, PPV, landed cost, sourcing analysis, internal controls, and financial reporting.


How will you create impact?

  • Manage Product Costing process in collaboration with cross functional/regions teams and manage SAP target cost, standard cost and annual cost update process
  • Prepare and analyze PPV (Purchase Price Variance) variances, including recommendations to effectively manage the PPV differences as well as other COGS variances, inbound freight, duties
  • Continuous improvement in costing and business process, partnering with Data Governance, Internal Control and Regional Finance and Operations group to find efficiency, improve COGS accuracy
  • Support various COGS projects development and testing phases while troubleshooting costing and intercompany purchase issues that arise from daily operations
  • Comply with IFRS for standard costing requirement and collaborate with Internal Control to develop and update SOPs
  • Manage inventory reconciliations, excess and obsolete accruals, and inventory reports

How will you fit into the team?

  • Ability to provide support on conducting physical inventories while monitoring the cycle count program and ensuring proper internal controls relating to operations are in place, documented, and operating effectively
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and documentation skills to develop, maintain, and sustain cradle to grave business process SOP's while showcasing creative problemsolving skills and strong selfinitiative to operate independently

What are your skills and experience?

  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • SAP experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (pivots, V-Lookups, and advanced formulas) are required; Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI) an asset
