Company Overview:

Our client is a premier industrial engineering solutions provider, specializing in air compressors.

As they strategically expand their presence in Canada, we are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their accomplished team.


Responsibilities:


Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for air compressors and Frequency Inverter in target industries.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including engineering professionals, procurement managers, and C-level executives.


Technical Consultation:


Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly.


Product Presentations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of air compressora and frequency inverters.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.


Customer Support:

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any technical issues.

Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on frequency inverters or similar industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical systems, and control processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
