Executive Accounting Assistant - Windsor, Canada - Empire Roofing
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CFO daytoday and year end financial reporting needs
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation projects with Finance department team
- Assist CFO team with financial data entry and QuickBooks accounting tasks
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects as assigned
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
Skills:
- Strong 5 years corporate finance and Quick Books experience
- Familiarity with DocuSign, among other electronic signature platforms
- Excellent office management and administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience managing an Outlook calendar or similar scheduling software
