Maple Manor Nursing Home in Tillsonburg, Ontario is in search of a Student Placement Coordinator to join their dynamic team. - This is a 1-year contract role with the potential for extension Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities for student placements - Recruit team members for preceptor roles - Coordinate placement schedules and match students with preceptors - Evaluate the student placement program and gather feedback - Identify ways to enhance the student placement process - Inform students about employment opportunities in the home - Assist with onboarding and documentation collection - Update training materials - Ensure a smooth placement experience for new hires - Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: - Experience with organizational partners - Minimum of one year in project coordination - Strong leadership and communication abilities - Proficient in MS Office - Knowledge of relevant regulations - Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting How to Apply: To apply, submit your resume for review.
