    Falcon Security Services Inc.

    is registered, approved, and authorized by the Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services to provide security services under the guidelines of the Private Security & Investigative Services Act.

    As Business Development Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

    • Utilize your sales prowess to generate leads through effective cold calling and referrals, leaving no stone unturned in your pursuit of success.
    • Craft compelling client proposals(RFPs) that highlight the value of our solutions, ensuring buyin and enthusiastic client endorsements.
    • Submit Proposals work orders, promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless communications through CRM and optimal collaboration within the team.
    • Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact prior to and during client onboarding, ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction, promptly resolving any concerns or inquiries that arise.
    • Foster strong and enduring relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and key contact following the onboarding. This will contribute to increased client retention and expand our network of satisfied customers.
    • Build a strong sales pipeline.
    • Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
    • Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.

    Requirements:

    • 35 years of experience in business development or sales in security industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field(preferred)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
