I am an enthusiastic HR specialist who believes in the creativity and potential of people. I support the mission of my organisation to ensure the delivery of quality solutions to its clients. 
My core competencies include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy and compliance, performance management, compensation, data analysis, and training and development. 
As an HR specialist, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel at home, thrive, and grow, a place where diversity and equity are valued and respected. I am known to throw my heart into whatever I get involved in and believe that every experience is a step toward the next possible achievement. 
My goal is to support in aligning HR practices and strategies with business operations effectively through relevant collaborations that foster a culture of excellence which makes me a valuable asset to any team.

I hold a Master's in Business Administration in HR, and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management, a member of HRPA with my CHRL certification in view. I possess over 5 years of experience as an HR practitioner across consulting, food services, education, finance, and investment sectors.
