Job Title:
Videographer and Social Media Manager
The required qualification and experience for this position is as follows:

Bachelor of Arts or Diploma in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of current and relevant experience shooting and editing highquality video content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
A portfolio or sample videos of previous work will be required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and social media team.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative video ideas for social media platforms.
Use professional equipment to capture highquality videos, including lighting, sound, and camera angles.
Edit videos using industrystandard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Create engaging captions and hashtags for social media posts that accompany each video.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure video content is optimized for each platform.
Manage the video production process from start to finish, including scheduling, location scouting, and postproduction tasks.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative video ideas for social media.
Be available to shoot for full days on company events.
