Job Title:
Videographer and Social Media Manager
The required qualification and experience for this position is as follows:
- Bachelor of Arts or Diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of current and relevant experience shooting and editing highquality video content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- A portfolio or sample videos of previous work will be required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and social media team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative video ideas for social media platforms.
- Use professional equipment to capture highquality videos, including lighting, sound, and camera angles.
- Edit videos using industrystandard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Create engaging captions and hashtags for social media posts that accompany each video.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure video content is optimized for each platform.
- Manage the video production process from start to finish, including scheduling, location scouting, and postproduction tasks.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative video ideas for social media.
- Be available to shoot for full days on company events.
