    About the role


The Customs & Logistics Team Leader role provides the unique opportunity to work with tactical supply chain planning teams, while also being involved in strategic projects that have facility wide impact.

Responsibilities range from strategic to tactical spectrum of the supply chain decision matrix and require a high-performance individual that can quickly adapt to the task at hand.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Work with managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of the demand plan.
  • Develop content and material for S&OP meetings and participate in analyzing/resolving issues impacting supply chain performance.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and diagnose key improvement areas (e.g., forecast accuracy, shelf life, supply variability, service level, backorder, EE&O, etc.)
  • Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing analysis.
  • Define & implement improvement opportunities for current processes and systems.
  • Lead projects by developing the approach, communicating plans and tasks to divisional and global participants, and managing project timelines.

Required qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in tactical supply chain planning and execution.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic projects with facilitywide impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing supply chain performance metrics
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and manage project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated work experience in medical devices or similarly regulated industry.
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP)
