Boundary Electric is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department, encompassing a range of general administrative duties as well as operational tasks.
Key Functions:
- Office
- Assist with the development and implementation of projects.
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions.
- Administer meetings and record minutes.
- Edit and revise documents.
- File and maintain Operational records.
- File documents electronically and manually.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Support the Operations Coordinator with daytoday tasks.
- Support the Operations Department with administrative functions.

- Participate in special projects from time to time.

Special Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Be selfmotivated and possess personal accountability.
- Aboveaverage organizational skills.
- Tenacity to follow up on outstanding items until resolved.
Education, Skills, and Attributes:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- High level of detail.
- Sound judgement.
- Strong organization skills.
- Able to work full time.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
