Duties:
- Develops operational plans and strategies related to branch administration for the region.
- Develops, manages and directs implementation of administrative processes and procedures regionally.
- Ensures consistency and uniformity in standards of service and quality of regional program services; analysis and interpretation of statistical data and guidance pertaining to training, administrative service and staffing.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with branch management team, and regional and departmental peers delivering Program Services.
- Identifies and makes recommendations to management on issues which may have an impact on inter/intraregional programs, policies or activities.
- Manages human and financial resources for the Program Services Branch.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE
- Experience delivering administrative services related to Human Resources (such as recruitment, training, organizational design, labour relations) AND one or more of the following:
- Materiel and asset management
- Procurement and contracting
- Facilities
- Telecommunications
- Experience supervising staff.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Experience developing AND implementing internal procedures AND/OR policies.
- Experience providing recommendations to management in the areas of finance,
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing and able to travel occasionally.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime occasionally.
