Diverse teams bring wide perspectives and creative ideas that benefit our clients, the communities we serve and all of us as colleagues.

Be part of an organization that represents and includes the diverse identities, cultures, perspectives, and experiences that make up Canada

Transport Canada continues its commitment to strengthening diversity, accessibility and inclusion through concrete actions that will reduce assessment biases and barriers and encourage more inclusive hiring practices

For example:

  • Merit criteria (qualifications for the position) are established with inclusion in mind
  • Assessment tools and methods are evaluated, and potential barriers are identified, removed, or mitigated
  • Selection board members are diverse
