Reporting to the Head of SMB Strategy & Support Ops, this high-impact role will be responsible for coordinating the execution and delivery of a wide breadth of sales strategy and enablement initiatives that will drive effectiveness and nimbleness of the SMB Sales & Partnerships organization.

You will provide expert guidance and leadership within your delivery streams, enhance client and employee experiences, and execute against critical initiatives focused on product and service delivery, sales enablement, continual process improvement, and the creation of a strong, scalable controls environment to protect our clients and the firm.

The VP, SMB Sales & Partnerships Strategy & Enablement will:

  • Act as a key execution and delivery partner to support the SMB Sales & Partnerships organization's strategic efforts in close partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Perform and lead analysis to identify learnings, performance, and process improvement recommendations across the SMB Sales & Partnerships organization.
  • Deliver multiple initiatives leveraging strategy, project management, analytics, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Partner across functions to ensure a frictionless integration of new sales strategy and enablement initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a communications, collateral, and process repository to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across Sales & Partnerships teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a portfolio of partnerfacing training and marketing material that will bolster our partners' abilities to positively position our business to their members.

Desired Background & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in project management, communications, sales readiness and overall business management.
  • Learning and development experience is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant professional experience and/or certifications.
  • A Project Management certification is preferred but not required.

  • Problemsolving skills are essential. Must be able to bring outsideofthebox thinking to develop and implement creative solutions that solve business problems.
  • Highly experienced and polished in presenting recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders to drive growth and change within your delivery portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive collaboration and successful strategic delivery with teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders of diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly effective organizational and project management skillset; proven ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities under urgent deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate speed and flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and capacity to quickly learn and develop new strategic frameworks in a complex and highly regulated environment.
  • Expertlevel proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
