- Lead Onboarding and support for all merchant types
- Manage production processes including card ordering
- Oversee deployment processes and technical support
- Enhance merchant retention and cross-selling
- Support marketing initiatives and provide admin assistance
- Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Expand customer portfolio through product introduction
- Conduct market research and SWOT analysis
- Provide detailed reporting on department performance
- Manage staff performance and recruitment processes
- Exceed company targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of senior operations and leadership experience
- Experience in B2B customer relations and Payments/SaaS industry
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Project Management designation
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Netsuite, HubSpot
- Industry experience in Petroleum/Convenience, Retail, or Hospitality
- Prior experience in software, gift card, or loyalty industry
- Background in Sales or Marketing
- Base salary: $90,000-$100,000 (based on experience)
- Up to $20,000 annual bonus based on Company goals
