RMUS Canada is seeking a dynamic leader to join our management team at the Mississauga based Headquarters. The Director of Operations role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a smoothly functioning operation. We are looking for someone who prioritizes customer needs, while being transparent about logistics challenges. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in a Value Added Reseller organization and managing service teams.
About us, RMUS is the largest commercial RPAS reseller in North America, specializing in Inspection and Public Safety robotics. We partner with top brands in the aerial industry such as DJI, Parrot, DeltaQuad, Autel, and Inspired Flight. Additionally, our robotics portfolio features Boston Dynamics, DeepTrekker, Patrios, and other specialty providers. With successful deployments worldwide, we are experiencing rapid growth throughout Canada.
