    We are excited to offer you a unique opportunity to join our company, **working in a hybrid position**. We are seeking individuals who hold a valid work permit for Canada and are fluent in French.

    About the Job:

    • Collaborate with the corporate tax manager
    • Prepare Canadian and U.S. tax returns and relevant documentation
    • Handle tax provision and income tax accounting
    • Assist with tax audits and external audits
    • Complete various Canadian and U.S. tax forms
    • Manage U.S. sales tax filing and accounting entries
    • Contribute to special projects like corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions
    • Provide support on transfer pricing and adjusted cost bases
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
    • CPA (CA, CGA, CMA) designation completed or in progress
    • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of tax software like Corporate Taxprep and Taxprep Forms
    • Familiarity with Oracle
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Demonstrated resourcefulness, autonomy, attention to detail, and initiative
    • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    • Bilingual in French and English, both verbal and written
    • Advanced level of English proficiency
