    If you are highly motivated, proactive, and interested in project management within the biotechnology sector, then we would like to hear from you

    As a Senior Project Manager within the Information Systems Department at STEMCELL Technologies, you will work in different projects that will vary in scale, scope, and nature, from new system implementations, system integrations, AWS and cloud migrations, through to physical infrastructure implementations in our state-of-the-art facilities.

    You will also ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget while liaising and communicating with all levels of staff and management across the business, including consultants and vendors.

    Responsible for the overall project delivery from initiation to closeout, ensuring the approved project outcomes are delivered whilst effectively managing scope, schedule and budget
    Facilitate the integration of multiple project schedules and plans while collaborating with sponsors and senior management to determine the project scope, priority and resource allocation
    Work collaboratively with other team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and produce and control project timelines
    Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, senior management, and other internal and external stakeholders to align on project priority
    Employ leadership skills to engage with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured in project documentation and considered during the project lifecycle
    Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience driving a variety of technology-related projects, such as net new system implementations, enterprise upgrades and integrations (i.e. SAP, Salesforce and Workday), cloud migration, infrastructure roll-outs, etc
    facilitating and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders spanning various business units and with potentially competing priorities
    Advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget and risk analysis and management, and resource allocation
    Proven success in working in dynamic but high-performing environments, while helping stakeholders and project members adopt and adhere to standard processes and best practices
    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or other relevant Agile designations or certifications are preferred
