Position Title:
Project Quality Administrator.
Purpose:
Timely and effective document control of project Quality documentation (logs, reviews, procedures, manuals).
Responsibilities:
- Interface with contractor quality to receive updates and incorporate into master registers.
- Coordinate Quality reports, including receipt of input, completion of document, distribution, and filing.
- Catalogue and archive documentation for turnover related to site construction activities.
- Minute records of Quality related meetings along with distribution and filing.
- Manage and maintain accurate and current Quality contractor files (electronic) including, but not limited to, agreements and correspondence, and test reports.
- Manage and maintain accurate and current action files, including but not limited to action log and status reports
Audits, NCRs, CARs, PARs, etc.
- Contractor Inspection and test plans data entry and maintenance.
- Maintain document distribution on behalf of the Quality team.
- Participate in training and procedure writing for duties specific to Quality administration activities.
- General administrative support to the Quality team.
