Summary
The Fleet Operations Analyst role is responsible for providing support and guidance to the Fleet Operations Group with specific attention to managing the rental and return of corporate rental assets ensuring cost efficiencies, timely return of equipment.

- Manage and maintain master equipment rental lists as supplied by vendors and PDI,
- Provide purchase orders, track rental equipment usage, pick up and returns
- Analyze fleet activities for efficiencies, cost reductions and policy requirements
- Monitor Fleet Legislative compliance including CVOR, Collision thresholds both in Canada and the United States of America.
- Track cost reductions and efficiencies reporting upward to management
- Manage USDOT FMCSA compliance and registrations
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance to track spending historically
- Maintain accurate Fleet files as required.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements:
Secondary School Diploma required.
Experience in tracking / reducing costs as well as multiple rental vendors
Fleet Safety knowledge is a strong asset
Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Ability to work well with others and management
Strong communication skills
Capability of prioritizing under a fast passed environment.
Work Conditions

- Hybrid Work arrangement possible.

- Overtime may be required.
- Using the appropriate PPE is a requirement.
