    Description

    Hensall Co-op is looking for a new team member to join their crew at the Harrow location. This is a full-time position that offers a chance to be part of a great team.




    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Operate fertilizer equipment safely and accurately.
    - Keep records of field applications, conditions, and safety checks.
    - Help customers with product loading and unloading.
    - Deliver crop retail and seed products directly to farms.
    - Provide top-notch customer service at all times.
    - Assist with inventory control and documentation.
    - Maintain cleanliness and safety in the yard.
    - Handle other tasks as needed based on seasonal demands.

    Job Requirements:
    - Strong customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
    - Reliable, positive team player.
    - Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.


    Required Qualifications:
    - High School Diploma
    - Past experience in agriculture is a plus.
    - Valid G driver's license with a clean record.
    - Possession of a DZ license would be advantageous.
