Xello is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (1 Year Contract)

You are inquisitive, compassionate, and flexible. As a key member of the Xello Marketing team, you will empower others with your expert skill in utilizing market and competitive insights to create narratives and stories that attract and retain clients.

Highly collaborative, you can build strong relationships with Product Owners and Strategic Territory Managers to craft engaging messaging, collateral, and assets that convert prospects and boost product adoption.


With excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, you can effectively share messaging and resources in a compelling manner - ensuring Sales and Success teams have the necessary tools to increase company revenue and transform users into brand supporters.

What you'll do

:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, creating clear, distinctive messaging that emphasizes benefits for potential and existing clients.
  • Train customer-facing teams to communicate our product's unique value effectively, address objections, and stand out from competitors.
  • Develop and update enablement resources such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards to enhance team knowledge and drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to align these departments towards common objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to guide product development, messaging, and market positioning.
  • Produce region-specific collateral and messaging to address and engage with local market requirements effectively.
  • Regularly solicit and integrate feedback to enhance product messaging, features, and marketing strategies, ensuring all collateral remains up-to-date and relevant.
What we're seeking:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role in a B2B SaaS setting
  • Demonstrated capability to execute successful go-to-market campaigns and create impactful messaging and sales enablement resources.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker proficient in evaluating campaigns and operational procedures critically.
  • Ability to quickly establish strong relationships with various stakeholders and secure buy-in
  • Innate curiosity and inclination to inquire 'why' to understand clients' needs thoroughly
  • Experience with education software is not mandatory, but advantageous
