Your tasks:


Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Finance Administrator to ensure that all accounts cost transactions are processed through their customer files, ensuring a correct profit/loss per file in a timely manner, allowing timely closure of files
  • Your working hours will be
  • We operate a hybrid working policy

What Will You Be Doing

  • Handle AP related requests.
  • Review and verify travel and entertainment expense claims from employees
  • Create posting vouchers for rec. documents, leases, travel expenses and corrections postings
  • Organise fuel cards, toll tags and car tax for Schenker Ireland vehicles
  • Handle operational expenses register invoices, post invoices and credits
  • Request creation or change of master data in SAP and in operating systems
  • Ensuring correct audit trails are maintained where necessary and all year end tasks are complete

Requirements:


About You

  • Good experience in a similar environment
  • Accounts reconciliation experience
  • Excel experience with formulas
  • Experience with SAP an advantage
