Your tasks:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to ensure that all accounts cost transactions are processed through their customer files, ensuring a correct profit/loss per file in a timely manner, allowing timely closure of files

What Will You Be Doing

Handle AP related requests.
Review and verify travel and entertainment expense claims from employees
Create posting vouchers for rec. documents, leases, travel expenses and corrections postings
Organise fuel cards, toll tags and car tax for Schenker Ireland vehicles
Handle operational expenses register invoices, post invoices and credits
Request creation or change of master data in SAP and in operating systems
Ensuring correct audit trails are maintained where necessary and all year end tasks are complete

Requirements:

About You

Good experience in a similar environment
Accounts reconciliation experience
Excel experience with formulas
Experience with SAP an advantage
