Your typical day at work:

As an
_Outbound Sales Associate_, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services

You will:

Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers.
Upsell and addon products and services that fit with the customers' needs.
Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs
Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Experience following a script
The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Open availability to work within hours of operation:_ Monday to Friday 12PM 9 PM EST and Saturday
Sunday 10am 6pm EST_
The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working

Recruitment process:

Equipment shipped
Attend day one training online from the comfort of your home
