    Senior Manager, IT Applications in Laval , Quebec Bausch Health Canada is the international head office of Bausch Health Companies, one of the fastest growing international pharmaceutical companies dedicated to bringing quality health and wellness products to all Canadians.

    The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, enhancements, support, and maintenance of enterprise R&D systems and services.

    Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.

    Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand R&D processes and propose technical requirements for efficiency improvements.
    Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications.
    Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and functional specification delivery.
    Provide expertise in the analysis of potential solutions in line with quality and safety requirements.
    Lead and manage a team of external consultants for the R&D systems evolution.
    Participate in prioritization of demands with the functional team and business units.
    Integrate rules, procedures, standards, and recommendations relating to GMP regulations, information systems security and existing project methodology.
    Analyse data conversion requirements to determine data conversion strategies and mechanisms.
    Ensures the maintenance of documentation related to the configuration and development systems.
    Plan and coordinates user support and training activities.

    Lead, coach, and support direct reports by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

    Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, processes and policies of a new business area.
    Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
    Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
    Bachelor's degree in business operations /IT Applications or related field
    At least 5 years' experience in team management
    Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships with other departments.

    Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and front-line staff personnel.

    MDR) and data security and privacy standards is a huge plus.
    Experience working with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP software validated systems a plus.
    Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.
