Position Description:
Key responsibility of this position is to execute physical server and storage hardware:

Process client demand through the ticketing system
Prioritizing urgent tasks as needed
Managing vendor relationship with hardware suppliers
Coordinating with network and storage operations for the connectivity of the equipment in the datacenter.
Coordinating with virtual teams from a diverse cultural background

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:

5+ plus years of experience in a relatable role
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
Basic Linux knowledge
Basic understanding of server and storage technologies (Virtualization, Resiliency, SAN, NAS)
Ability to establish and maintain relationships across various IT organizations

Desired Skills:

Experience working in a multivendor network environment
Network certifications, including server level certifications
Intermediate knowledge MS Office tool (excel, word, PowerPoint)
Being able to handle multiple tasks
