    Hybrid:

    Our Supply Chain and Purchasing teams ensure the cost effective and efficient management of purchasing of materials, services, and inventory for all Canadian operational areas of Bragg Communications Inc.

    (BCI) and to ensure all materials/supplies and services required are delivered to specifications, quality, quantity, and schedule, at the most cost-effective price, while ensuring business practices are compliant with laws, regulations, company policy, philosophy, and values.

    Ensure purchase requisition accuracy and efficient processing through review of requisition details such as product description, sourcing and delivery requirements, price accuracy, contract price compliance and proactive collaboration with requestors, suppliers, and transportation providers
    Procure materials and services that are cost competitive through supplier sourcing, requesting of quotations and competitive bidding
    Optimize inventory investment and ensure fill rates are achieved through establishing product demand forecasts with business units, supplier delivery lead times, set up and maintenance of minimum/maximum stocking levels and management of distressed inventory
    Ensure supplier delivery performance is managed on assigned products through monitoring demand/forecasts, initiating inventory replenishment, and expediting

    Optimize user tools and systems to ensure supply chain process efficiency through set up and maintenance of user portal access, catalogues, procurement card programs and other supply chain applications and solutions.

    Manage corporate shared service contracts and programs including the procurement card program through program administration, contract management and monitoring policy compliance

    Minimum University bachelor's degree specifically in Supply Management, Logistics, or Materials Engineering with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role with focus on supply chain analytics.

    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
    Effective computer skills including, excel spreadsheets and database creation, maintenance, and update.
    Ability to display data effectively.
