    We are currently seeking a Business Analysis to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

    · 10+ years as a business analyst on large and complex Healthcare IT projects.

    · Extensive experience in gathering and documenting all technical and business requirements and business capabilities.

    · Experience with stakeholder management and engagement across cross functional groups, involving preparing, scheduling, and leading workshops, gathering/reviewing requirements, collecting input.

    · Document current and proposed business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps.

    · Working knowledge on and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables.

    · Knowledge of FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, APIs is preferred.

    · Experience working with the Health Authorities in BC is highly preferred.
