How you will create impact:


  • Quickly identify and solve problems within a set timeframe to address inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support.
  • Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one.
  • Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team.

To join our team:


  • 1 year of experience in insurance, sales and/or customer support.
  • Working knowledge of Insurance or industry specific knowledge (RIBO licensed)
  • Ability to understand and interpret insurance policy wordings and communicate in an easytounderstand way to address coverage questions asked by clients.
  • High degree of competence with technology
  • Proficient in sales and customer support.

What you need to know:


  • This role operates in a contact centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for periods of time.
  • Rotational shifts outside of standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
  • This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
  • You will travel occasionally.
  • RIBO license is a requirement for this role (if you are not licensed at the time of hire, you must be willing to obtain at somepoint with your tenure with us)
