Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring they are healthy, balanced, and cater to the client's tastes and dietary needs.
- Source highquality ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with any dietary restrictions.
- Design and present menu options, adapting to changes in client preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the client and their team to schedule meal preparation and service around their daily routine.
- Cater special events, parties, or dinners hosted by the client, providing a fine dining experience.
- Manage inventory and budget for all kitchenrelated expenses.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fine dining and incorporate them into meal planning and preparation.
- Create meal plans and prepare dishes for the client's travel, as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and services.
Qualifications:
- Extensive professional culinary experience, ideally including experience in fine dining establishments.
- Demonstrated ability to create a variety of gourmet meals catering to specific dietary requirements.
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and kitchen budgets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients in a professional manner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and meal preferences.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
