Their platform enables clients to provide white-label services seamlessly. With a dedicated team of 35 employees, they are at the forefront of transforming the fashion and technology industries.
The company is currently seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO, playing a pivotal role in strategic planning, operational management, and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, assisting in the formulation and execution of company strategies.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO, key executives, and employees, ensuring clarity in directives and initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's agenda, ensuring that key business objectives are addressed efficiently.
- Coordinate and drive the execution of strategic business projects across various departments.
- Oversee the preparation of highlevel meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and followup actions.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and the CEO, enhancing transparency and alignment within the company.
- Lead special projects, from conceptualization through to implementation, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
- Develop inclusive strategies for organizational change and cultural development.
- Assist in managing external relations and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a strategic role such as Chief of Staff, senior executive assistant, or in management consulting, preferably within the tech or software development industry.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to project manage and drive forward key initiatives.
- Acute understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Dynamic problemsolving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, given the nature of the role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly regarded.
