As they continue to uphold their prestigious reputation, they are looking for a Hotel General Manager to oversee the property's operations.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Asset Manager and is integral to maintaining the hotel's esteemed status.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday operations of the hotel, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience aligns with the luxury and quality standards of the property.
Collaborate closely with the Asset Manager, providing regular updates on hotel performance, operational challenges, and potential opportunities.
Lead and inspire the hotel team across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and impeccable service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel profitability while maintaining the highest level of luxury and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets and financial plans, including forecasting and optimizing revenue streams across various departments.
Ensure the hotel's compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the property's luxury standards through regular quality audits and reviews.
Cultivate strong relationships with guests, community leaders, and business partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and market position.
Drive the marketing and promotion of the hotel, working closely with marketing teams to create effective campaigns.
Address and resolve any issues that may impact the guest experience or the hotel's operations.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs for staff, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or similar upscale hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, with an ability to anticipate industry trends and guest expectations.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing highperforming teams in a luxury service setting.
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial planning, and revenue management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle crises effectively and maintain poise under pressure.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury, service, and operational efficiency.
