You're in charge of making sure the Toronto office is a destination for the team as well as helping plan and execute events that help build our employer brand in Toronto.
As a hybrid company, we have to get the office environment right.You will be at the organizational heart of the Toronto office and do whatever you can to make sure our workplace runs efficiently and fosters community and collaboration.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires - from helping make sure equipment arrives to their homes to a warm welcome on Day 1 (and beyond)
Serve as the point person for Relay in-office event planning. This ranges from supporting an office party or a team off-site to Relay-hosted external events related to building our employer brand and supporting the tech ecosystem
Manage vendor relationships for servicing the office space
Help expand our office space as we grow our team
You have strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
You're a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
You're highly collaborative and willing to speak up and help out whenever needed
No problem is too small and no project is too big for them to knock out of the park
Given the role, you will be required to be "in office" a minimum of 5 days per week
Considerable vacation/end-of-year holiday shutdown: we take time off to reset and recharge so we come back better for our customers.
Stage 1:
A 30-minute Google Meets video call with the Hiring Manager
Stage 2:
A 45-minute Google Meets video call with two members of the People Team
Stage 3:
Stage 4: A 30-minute Google Meets video call with a member of Relay's Leadership Team
