What will you work on?


The Social Media Channel Manager will focus on driving big-idea thinking through highly-effective social media tactics, planning, execution, analysis and optimization across multiple brands.


How will you create impact?

  • Play with toys, have fun and be part of a team that creates
  • Be responsible for the daytoday management of multiple Spin Master Social Channels which
- would include, but not limited to, planning organic content calendars/schedules, creating
- engaging content, uploading content, managing community comments and out reach across
- social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Work collaboratively with both Domestic and International marketing, brand and creative teams
- to help in developing social strategies.

  • You will collaborate with our global branding teams, youtube teams, media teams, and
- influencer teams to ensure organic content calendars are integrated across platforms.
- insights to help promote the channel

  • Monitor and community manage discussions and comments across multiple Social Media
- channels and engage with their communities

  • Become familiar with the brand voices by working closely with the Global Brand Team and
  • Creative Team
  • Advise in overall company social strategy by analyzing social analytics to help drive more
- engaging and higher performing content and help the company make data-driven decisions

  • Communicate Social strategy internally by collaborating with various departments on content
- strategy, creating and updating company Social best practices and new channel optimization
- checklists

  • Measure and report performance of all Social content and channels, assess against goals
- (benchmarks and KPIs) and provide recommendations to the marketing team based on analysis.

What are your skills and experience?

  • You have a Marketing or Communications Degree, or equivalent and relevant experience
  • Marketing experience in a new productoriented industry or an agency, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture product industries
  • You know the fundamentals of Social Media; having managed social channels directly
  • You have experience in social media channel management, specifically Instagram and Facebook
  • You are comfortable creating presentation decks. This will include organizing channel data and presenting campaign wrap up reports
