Jr. Field Technician - Markham, Canada - ICON Media Communications Inc.

Primary Responsibilities
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical digital signage related client issues
- Communicate effectively with clients as well as third party contractors
- Test and troubleshoot digital media solutions onsite
- Resolve support tickets
- Create service manuals for internal use
- Travel occasionally when required
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Perform any related duties, or others as required
Job Requirements
- Must possess valid G driver's license
- Training with scissor lifts and boom lifts (preferred)
- Working at Heights training (preferred)
- A+ certification considered an asset
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge or experience in the digital signage or AV industry (preferred)
- Basic understanding of computers
