Your Role at Baxter:


In this role, you will be responsible for 2 specific projects; developing a tracking tool for narcotic ordering patterns and developing an organizational system for the documentation room that can be readily maintained.

Outside of the project-specific tasks, this role will be required to execute; picking CIVA batch components for each of the active cleanroom(s), ensuring pharmacy equipment is operational and within compliance, transporting various types of finished products and waste throughout facility, collating and packaging finished products for shipment to customers across Canada.

Collaboration with CIVA Production Specialists, Pharmacists, and CIVA Quality team to ensure production workflow and compliance are met daily is required.


What you'll do:


  • Establish a tracking tool for Customer Service Reps to leverage in determining anomalies in customer ordering patterns with narcotics.
  • Organize the inventory contents of the documentation room, catalogue appropriately and devise a system to readily maintain and add to the contents for easy access.
  • Execute picking, running and boxing of finished products as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll have:


  • 1 year of postsecondary education completed in full
  • Pursuing Pharmacy assistant/technician diploma or Bachelor of Science
  • 1 year experience in a team environment
  • Able to lift approximately 30 lbs. regularly throughout the day
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skill along with strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to stand for extended periods throughout the day
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be able to follow and retain detailed standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality history
  • Must be able to show drive and a sense of urgency to achieving production deadlines

Nice to have:


  • Prior experience within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
