Responsibilities:
- Create and organize engineering and estimating documents for digital collaboration using Bluebeam Revu, including indexing, and integrating addenda.
- Collaborate with the DMS team to support the document needs of project management and sales teams, processing bid invitations and completing document preparation requests.
- Ensure information quality, integrity, and reliability by adhering to established best practices and processes.
- Test Bluebeam Revu to identify bugs and streamline workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage maintenance of Bluebeam Revu studio sessions, including archiving sessions for completed jobs and weeding out sessions for inactive or irrelevant projects.
- Provide technical support for Bluebeam Revu software, addressing user inquiries, assisting with customizations, and resolving technical issues promptly.
Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrated Proficiency in Library Science or Archival Studies:
- University Degree in Library Science or Master of Archives (or suitable equivalent) is required.
Technological Skills:
- Proficient with Office 365 Suite.
- Handson experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
Digital Systems and Web Resources Development:
- Experience in building digital systems and web resources for Archives, including
Archival and Records Management Knowledge:
- Extensive working knowledge of archival and records management principles and
- traditional record keeping systems.
Digital Preservation Expertise:
- Excellent knowledge of the technical requirements for digital preservation, including hardware, software, metadata schema, and file formats.
Collaborative Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as an influential team member.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job priorities.
